Worth paying the extra for the more extensive eye care test. Choosing glasses was also really impressive….from measuring my head to ensure the choice of glasses were the right size to fit my face was something new. The outcome is that I have glasses that, without exception, have been regarded as the best I have ever had. Plus, the vision with them ( most importantly) is crystal clear. My first visit to Meltham was an urgent appointment on the pears scheme, from walking through the door to the examination the customer service was impeccable to say the least I have returned for an eye test, greeted with fab service and great expertise with extreme professionalism. I was so impressed.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and my prescription is quite high, however, when I collected them I was astonished at how thin the lenses were and the overall look, very trendy and stylish.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. I had a routine eye test at the branch in Meltham, and was slightly apprehensive as it had been 8 years since my previous one (carried out elsewhere). The staff came across very knowledgable and empathetic to my concerns, and were extremely thorough in providing me with information. The optometrist completed the examination with all elements being explained throughout, and even spent time to diagnose any potential allergies and methods to deal with this moving forward (as I'd been suffering with tiered eyes for a while).

Needless to say, no glasses required (despite being sold some previously by another company), and managing to maintain my allergy with the simple methods provided to me. Couldn't recommend the company and their staff more.

Fantastic opticians, very smart shop and lovely friendly staff. My eye test was brilliant, very thorough and I didn't know there was so many testing devices but this place is full of the latest technology. When I mentioned I was a builder and my glasses get knocked about from time to time they showed me some very reasonably priced frames that I wouldn't mine scratching or dropping, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive frames in the shop like many other opticians do. They are also superbly organised with the restrictions at the moment and I felt safe. A 10/10 experience for me and will definitely go again.
